YESSS. Love this session! I was so stoked to photograph Sarah and Andy’s engagement photos. Sarah and I met each other our freshman year through Young Life and she’s pretty much amazing. I just recently met Andy but he’s clearly awesome too AND on top of that, he sounds like Seth Rogen. Win!
It was truly amazing to see the love these two have for one another. I cannot wait to shoot their wedding in December!

I’m completely lame and forgot to post these photos on my blog.. Sorry girls! Caitlin and Cecelia (you might recognize them from previous posts) booked me in San Francisco to take photos of their bible study. All these girls are completely precious and I’m glad I got to hang with you girls for a bit!
Kristi booked her May 2010 wedding with me this past June at the Bridal Extravaganza in Austin. I was stoked to finally get to meet Kristi’s fiance Andrew and get to photograph the two of them around town. They even came in matching Converse- love it. See you guys in May!
Meet Shelbi- She’s my first McCallum senior of 2010! We went out on Shelbi’s 18th birthday to shoot her senior portraits on South Congress and the Botanical Gardens. Check out her gorgeous eyes.. I always get so lucky with my models!

I met Stacia a few years ago through my boyfriend David. She and her husband now live in San Diego so she got a hold of me to take some photos of them while we were in town. Luckily, we were staying with my friend Joe and he lives right back the beach. Scenery- amazing. Lighting- amazing. Models- amazing. Thanks for making my job easy, Stacia and Jacob!
Krystal contacted me for a mini session so she could finally have some photos to send home to her family back in Texas. We actually went to UT with one another so it was fun to get to catch up a bit. And of course the beautiful Malibu pier was a great spot for photos.
Amy contacted me after one of her friends saw one of my friends post info about my mini sessions on her blog (whew). She wanted to have her two precious kids photographed in Crissy Field. The little boy, Oliver, was super easy to take photos of- check out his precious smile! The little girl Shea wasn’t as cooperative but I got some cute candid shots of her.

With the holiday season coming up (sort of) I wanted to offer a Holiday Card Promotion for families, roommates, AND individuals. Â I’ve chosen one date for 5 sessions but IF this goes well then I’ll add dates and sessions.

How do I book a session?
Email me at paige@paigenewtonphotography.com or leave a comment w/ your name, number, email and the time you prefer.
Where can my location be?
Anywhere in downtown Austin. I have 30 minutes between shoots so I need to be able to get to where I’m going on time. Your location can be South Congress, South Lamar, South 1st, Warehouse District, etc. .
When do I pay you?
You secure your spot with a $50 deposit and the balance of $50 is due on the day of the shoot.
How long do the photos take?
Within  1 week, you’ll receive the information to log into your online gallery. After you choose your favorite for the card as well as your 20-30 extras, it will take 1 week to receive a CD with the files.
San Francisco was definitely one of my favorite stops on our tour. I got a good number of bookings and the weather was awesome!
Rachel met David during his tour last September and we stayed with her and her roommates at their sweet place during Folktography. I got to do a session with her at Alamo Square which is absolutely beautiful! Thanks again for your hospitality Rachel. Hope you like your photos!
Right after the last session I blogged (LA Roomies) I photographed I know from college. Whitney (who you’ve already met), Cecelia, Caitlin, and Brittany all graduated from UT with me and are living out on the West coast. Lauren, as you’ll probably be able to tell, is Whitney’s twin so she got in on the session too.
These girls are all amazing and were just as easy to photograph as the last bunch.

While in LA, we stayed with Whitney (a good friend from college) and her lovely roommates. We spent one Sunday afternoon at a local Venice park where I got to photography both Whitney and her roommates as well as some girls I know from college (keep an eye out for those!) Whit and her roomies went all out styling the shoot and it turned out super cute! I looooove them and I hope you do as well.
One of the girls had just gotten married so of course I had to snap a ring shot.
